In a rather non-traditional depiction of a “trail”, here are a couple shots from yesterday’s birding trip to Skagit Valley. The snow geese are abundant and the dramatic skies of October make for some lovely photos.

Where I’ve Been
Awesome. And dammit. Seeing the swans (though these are the snow geese, huh?) has been on my bucket list for years. Lucky you.
I’ll head back up north soon for more geese, eagles and maybe swans. I’ll snap a photo for you !
